South Yarra · Residential joinery
91 Alexandra
Quietly detailed oak cabinetry supports generous riverside residences shaped by proportion, continuity and a calm material palette.

The project
Understated joinery for generous spaces.
At 91 Alexandra in South Yarra, we delivered cabinetry designed to sit within a quietly composed architectural language. The joinery supports generous single-level residences without competing with their expansive planning or riverside outlook.
Polytec Coastal Oak Woodmatt introduces a tactile, understated grain. Integrated finger pulls keep the elevations calm and help the cabinetry read as part of the architecture rather than a collection of separate objects.
The Coastal Oak finish carries a consistent warmth through living and kitchen joinery. Its subtle texture works with the restrained interior palette while giving large fitted surfaces enough depth at close range.
Integrated pulls preserve long, uninterrupted lines across doors and drawers. That precision helps the cabinetry feel settled within the generous rooms and keeps attention on proportion, material continuity and the surrounding architecture.
